Debbie’s journey began at Clarendon College, where her passion for entertainment first took root. From humble beginnings as a singer, she found her true calling in broadcasting, captivating audiences with her memorable voice and insightful commentary. Through perseverance and dedication, she rose through the ranks, from presenter to producer, leaving an indelible mark on programs such as Entertainment Prime on Television Jamaica (TVJ).

Driven by a desire to understand the business behind the entertainment industry, Debbie embarked on a transformative journey, gaining invaluable insights during her tenure at the Bob Marley Group of Companies. However, it was the arrival of motherhood that truly reshaped her perspective, inspiring her to prioritize family while reigniting her passion upon her return to the RJRGLEANER Group.
